Uijeongbu City Sends Emergency Alert, Urges Caution
At around 8:38 PM on the 14th, a fire broke out at a bedding manufacturing factory in Yonghyeon Industrial Complex, Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province, and the fire authorities are currently extinguishing it.
The fire authorities issued a Level 1 response at 8:56 PM. However, as the fire spread to an adjacent factory, they escalated to a Level 2 response at 9:22 PM and are currently working to extinguish the fire. A total of 98 personnel and 50 pieces of equipment have been mobilized for firefighting operations.
