Specialized auditors for multi-family housing management are responsible for conducting transparent and fair audits to improve the efficiency of housing management and protect residents and users. At this appointment ceremony, a total of 13 experts from fields including law, accounting, architecture, labor, fire safety, and housing management were appointed, with a term of two years.
According to the city's annual audit plan or when more than 20% of residents in a multi-family housing complex request an audit, the specialized auditors will conduct audits on overall housing management. For serious legal violations, administrative actions will be taken, while for minor issues, cases will be shared to prevent similar incidents in other complexes. Administrative efforts will focus on preventive pre-consultation audits rather than post-penalty measures.
Guri City expects that through the activities of specialized auditors, the fairness and efficiency of investigations into multi-family housing management laws, guidelines for selecting housing management companies and operators, long-term repair plans, accounting guidelines for multi-family housing, and other related legal areas will be improved.
