Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 8th that it will promote the "Young Entrepreneurs Rental Fee Support Project," which helps young entrepreneurs settle stably in the region by partially subsidizing their rent.

View original imageIf selected as a beneficiary of the Young Entrepreneurs Rental Fee Support Project, 50% of the monthly rent (up to 500,000 KRW per month) will be supported for six months.
Eligibility requires being a young person aged 19 to 39, registered as a resident of Paju City, and operating a business located in Paju City. Applicants must be within one year from the business registration date as of the announcement date.
However, those currently employed or unable to obtain rent-related proof documents (such as tax invoices or cash receipts) from the landlord are excluded. Additionally, certain industries such as franchises, large-scale stores, and liquor sales are excluded.
The recruitment quota for the first half of the year is 10 people. Those wishing to apply can visit the Youth and Adolescents Division or send an application via email to the person in charge from the 8th to the 22nd. If applying by email, applicants must confirm receipt by phone to prevent omissions.
