Incheon City Allocates 75% of This Year's Budget in First Half... "Stabilizing Livelihoods and Revitalizing Economy"
Incheon City announced on the 6th that it will allocate 75% of this year's expenditure budget intensively in the first half of the year to stabilize people's livelihoods and revitalize the local economy.
This amounts to 10.7138 trillion won out of the total budget of 14.242 trillion won, which combines the general account, other special accounts, and fund expenditure budgets.
The major projects to be focused on in the first half of this year include support for management stabilization funds for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners, support for issuing local love gift certificates, public transportation fare refunds, expansion of social activity support for senior job opportunities, and the construction project for the extension of Urban Railway Line 1 to Geomdan.
The city explained that the budget was organized in the first half of the year focusing on projects that stabilize people's livelihoods and support the recovery of the local economy. After carefully reviewing revenue conditions, the city plans to establish a monthly allocation plan to ensure the budget is executed at an appropriate time.
