This involves changing the land use designation of part of Topyeong Neighborhood Park, located at 990-1 Topyeong-dong, a natural green area, to a quasi-residential area for the relocation, while the remaining part will be developed as a children's park.
At the review, the 'Gyeonggi-do Urban Planning (Subcommittee) Committee' conditionally approved the plan, stating that the urban management plan (land use area) decision will be officially announced after the Gyeonggi Provincial Council approves the new investment project proposal, thereby confirming whether the project will proceed.
