View original imageThe Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea (Chairman: Noh Dongil, hereinafter referred to as Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 2nd that KEPCO KPS has donated 150 million KRW to support the victims of the Jeju Air passenger plane accident.
The donation ceremony, held at the Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae office, was attended by Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae, Kim Hongyeon, President of KEPCO KPS, and other staff members.
KEPCO KPS donated 150 million KRW to support the victims and bereaved families of the Jeju Air passenger plane accident that occurred on the 29th of last month, hoping to provide some help to those affected.
Kim Hongyeon, President of KEPCO KPS, stated, "We express our deepest condolences as members of the local community for this tragic accident that has plunged the entire nation into sorrow and left bereaved families in indescribable grief," and added, "KEPCO KPS will continue to actively seek ways to support the families left behind."
Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae, said, "We offer our deepest condolences to the bereaved families who must be feeling a profound sense of loss due to the shock of this sudden accident," and continued, "The donated funds will be delivered in full to support the victims and bereaved families of the accident."
