Guri-si Selects Outstanding Public Officials for Proactive Administration in the Second Half of 2024

The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 9th that it held the 3rd Guri City Proactive Administration Committee meeting of 2024 on the 5th and selected outstanding proactive public officials for the second half of the year.
The selection of outstanding proactive public officials is a system that selects employees who have been recognized for spreading a working public service culture by improving citizens' quality of life and innovating administrative services through creative thinking and a proactive attitude.
There are a total of five outstanding proactive administration cases in Guri City in 2024: ▲ Securing independent financial resources through promoting VAT refunds on public buildings ▲ Creating an urban farmer experience garden in Galmae-dong ▲ Preparing conditions for the creation of a barrier-free sharing path at Achasan Sirubong Fortress ▲ Saving budget by free replacement of separation membranes at Galmae Water Quality Restoration Center ▲ Free installation of innovative products from the Public Procurement Service to improve the discharge water quality of Guri Sewage Treatment Plant.
Guri City plans to recognize the efforts and achievements of the selected outstanding public officials by providing personnel incentives, including awarding the highest grade of performance bonuses, granting reward leave, and expanding additional personnel points.
