Focused Strategy for New Semester and Large Complex Move-in Season
Saenghwal Research Institute announced on the 9th that the moving-in and move-out cleaning service of its home cleaning platform, 'Cheongso Research Institute,' surpassed 1,000 monthly reservations within six months of its launch.
With the upcoming new semester and the moving-in peak season for new large apartment complexes, cleaning inquiries have surged, drawing attention to Cheongso Research Institute's moving-in and move-out cleaning service. The current service areas include the Seoul metropolitan area, as well as Cheonan, Asan, Busan, and Gyeongnam (Gimhae, Changwon, Yangsan). Plans are underway to accelerate expansion into Daejeon and Sejong regions.
The moving-in and move-out cleaning service is offered in two ways: 'Cheongyeon Safe Reservation' and 'Estimate Comparison Request.' Among these, the Safe Reservation, which is conducted through services certified by Cheongso Research Institute, accounts for 60% of all reservations. This reduces the hassle of having to compare and select companies directly, gaining strong customer support. For the Estimate Comparison Request, which allows customers to easily compare prices and conditions of multiple companies, Cheongso Research Institute currently collaborates with over 200 specialized moving-in and move-out cleaning companies.
