'Toss Bank Lounge' Successfully Concludes Event with Over 3,000 Visitors in 5 Days
The first event held at Toss Bank's face-to-face customer support center, 'Toss Bank Lounge,' concluded with enthusiastic responses from customers.
Toss Bank announced on the 9th that over 3,000 customers participated in the open event held at Toss Bank Lounge for five days from the 2nd to the 6th of this month. An average of 600 customers participated daily, and the special gift packs provided to the first 200 customers each day were completely sold out before noon every day.
This event was the first since the newly renovated Toss Bank Lounge opened. Any visiting customer could participate in the event, and customers communicated through visuals and scents at the Toss Bank Lounge. The event, conducted under four themes?time, energy, money, and knowledge?reflected what Toss Bank has aimed to fulfill on behalf of its customers over the past three years.
Customers of Toss Bank, who live ordinary daily lives, also shared their hopes to look back on the past year and prepare in advance for 2025 at the Toss Bank Lounge.
A visitor in their 20s, Mr. A, said, "I was able to take time to reflect on this year while reading recommended books," adding, "The subtle scent filling the space felt like the sincerity of Toss Bank, making me feel cared for."
A Toss Bank representative stated, "It seems that Toss Bank's intention to create a point of communication with customers through this event was well conveyed," and added, "We plan to create many more opportunities to communicate with our customers in the future."
