Since the integration of cities and counties in 1995, the city has operated the Anjung Branch Office by utilizing part of the Anjung Cultural Center, but citizens have continuously experienced inconvenience due to inefficient office space and limited parking.
The Western Branch Office, which will be built with a total investment of 96 billion KRW, will have a total floor area of 22,640 square meters spanning from one basement floor to four above-ground floors. Upon completion in the second half of 2026, it will replace the existing Anjung Branch Office.
