Jeonnam Provincial Council Launches 'Special Committee for Renewable Energy Support'
Chairman Choi Seon-guk and Vice Chairman Park Won-jong Elected
The Jeonnam Provincial Council announced on the 6th that the 'Jeollanam-do New and Renewable Energy Support Special Committee' has been launched to revitalize the new and renewable energy industry in Jeonnam and strengthen its competitiveness.
The 'Jeollanam-do New and Renewable Energy Support Special Committee' held its first meeting on the 5th and elected Assemblyman Choi Seon-guk (Democratic Party of Korea·Mokpo 1) as chairman and Assemblyman Park Won-jong (Democratic Party of Korea·Yeonggwang 1) as vice chairman.

The New and Renewable Energy Support Special Committee was approved at the 3rd plenary session of the 2nd regular meeting of the 376th session on the 5th. Assemblyman Choi Seon-guk was the representative proposer of the formation resolution, and the committee is composed of 10 members including Park Won-jong (Yeonggwang 1), Kim Seong-il (Haenam 1), Cha Young-su (Gangjin), Park Seon-jun (Goheung 2), Jeong Gil-su (Muan 1), Choi Mi-suk (Shinan 2), Shin Seung-cheol (Yeongam 1), Seo Dae-hyun (Yeosu 2), and Kim Jae-cheol (Boseong 1).
