Gangnam-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) will hold the 4th Reconstruction Maintenance Project Academy for about 300 residents at the district community center auditorium from 2 PM to 4 PM on the 26th.
This lecture will be conducted under the theme "Understanding the Overall Process of Maintenance Projects." Lee Seung-ho, CEO of KWMC Co., Ltd., a specialized maintenance project management company, will serve as the instructor and explain the procedures and key points of reconstruction projects. Participation is open to those who visit the lecture hall on the day without prior registration.
Previously, the district operated quarterly reconstruction maintenance project academies on topics such as ▲Understanding Maintenance Infrastructure and Donation of Facilities (2.21) ▲Rapid Integrated Planning and Taxes on Maintenance Projects (6.18) ▲Understanding Public Support Systems (9.4), receiving great responses from residents.
Meanwhile, before the education session on the day, the district will present certificates of appreciation to five advisory committee members of the "Reconstruction Dream Support TF" who contributed to revitalizing reconstruction projects. They have worked to mediate conflicts among stakeholders such as associations, construction companies, and residents, provided advice on related procedures, and strived for the smooth progress of maintenance projects.
