When residents in need of home repairs inquire by phone, they are connected to cooperative companies and can receive a 10% discount on construction costs.
Meanwhile, the district operates the visiting civil complaint task force for low-income housing-vulnerable groups called "Dongjak Jipsa." "Dongjak Jipsa" is a project where the civil complaint task force repairs or replaces small-scale housing inconveniences in daily life (supporting material costs up to 50,000 KRW once per low-income vulnerable household, up to three times a year). However, if on-site repairs are not possible, the case is handled by connecting to the pool of home repair cooperative companies.
Additionally, for low-income housing-vulnerable groups requiring medium to large-scale repairs such as wallpapering, flooring, roofing, insulation, and waterproofing, repairs are carried out using the pool of home repair cooperative companies in connection with private sponsorships.
