The 333rd Extraordinary Session of Dongducheon City Council Closes... 29 Agenda Items Approved
The Dongducheon City Council of Gyeonggi Province (Chairman Kim Seung-ho) announced on the 6th that it has completed all the agenda items of the 333rd Dongducheon City Council extraordinary session.

View original imageAt this plenary session, a total of 29 items were approved, including 12 council member-initiated ordinances such as △Partial Amendment to the Ordinance on Courtesy and Support for Meritorious Citizens, △Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Sports Promotion Fund, △Partial Amendment to the Ordinance on Guaranteeing Rights and Improving Treatment of Care Workers, △Ordinance on Vaccination Support, △Partial Amendment to the Ordinance on Private Investment Projects, △Partial Amendment to the Ordinance on the Management and Operation of Sports Facilities, and △Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Cultural Arts Promotion Fund, as well as 17 general agenda items including ordinances submitted by the executive branch.
In addition, questions regarding current issues and future development plans of Dongducheon City were raised to the executive branch.
After receiving a report on the '2025 Dongducheon City Major Work Plan,' the council focused on inspecting any problems in project implementation and requested improvement measures.

Meanwhile, the next 334th Dongducheon City Council 2nd regular session is scheduled to be held for 16 days from December 2, during which the 2025 main budget and ordinances will be reviewed and examined.
