The 7th Misa Music Film Festival Opens Grandly on the 8th
Fusion of Film, Music, and AI... Held at Hanam Misa Lotte Cinema
A Creative Festival Breaking Boundaries of Music, Film, Performance, and Media Anticipated
The 7th Misa Music Film Festival will spectacularly open on the 8th in Hanam City. Hosted by the Hanam branch of the Korean Film Artists Federation and supported by Hanam City, the Hanam City Council, and the Hanam branch of the Korean Federation of Arts and Culture Organizations, this event is expected to establish itself as a creative festival that breaks down the boundaries between music and film.
This year’s festival will showcase short and feature-length films that demonstrate new imagination across various fields such as music, film, AI, music videos, and screenplays. During the submission period from August 1 to October 30, these works captured the free imagination experienced in everyday life through video.
Chilean singer Maria Jose and popular creator Maratanghur’s Seob will join the celebration performance. The opening film is scheduled to be the screening of last year’s Misa Music Film Festival Grand Prize winner, "Gureum Tokki" (Cloud Rabbit), and the closing film will be the screening of "PRATIKSHYA," the Grand Prize winner of the Indian Film Festival, commemorating the successful co-production with the Indian Bollywood film production team. Additionally, new media special lectures such as the "Ai Art & Ai Media Talk Show," exploring the meeting of artificial intelligence and film, await the audience.
Moreover, there will be opportunities for communication between famous creators and the audience, aiming to create another buzz with the globally hot title of the AI Film Festival. As part of the festival, a collaboration between Ai Art & Media and traditional art will be presented to the audience, showcasing the fusion of technology and art.
