Notably, the event is timed to coincide with the heightened interest in the Hometown Love Donation during year-end tax settlements, aiming to promote Jeonnam's Hometown Love Donation and also to boost the consumption of Jeonnam rice.
Anyone with an address outside Jeonnam can participate in the event. After donating 100,000 KRW or more to the Jeonnam Provincial Office through ‘Hometown Love e-Um’ or any NongHyup Bank nationwide, participants can order and receive a thank-you gift from Hometown Love e-Um and then write a review.
Donors who participate in the certification event will receive Jeonnam rice as an additional thank-you gift along with the existing gifts. The additional gifts include freshly harvested Jeonnam rice varieties worth about 20,000 KRW, such as Nanwoori Rice, Wanggeoni Tamnan Rice, Hwangtorang Rice, Nabi Rice, and Suho Angel Healthy Rice.
