Jeonnam Office of Education, Training to Enhance Competencies of 'Neulbom and After-School Instructors'
Conflict Resolution Case Guide and Complaint Handling Training
On the 25th, the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced that it conducted a capacity-building training session for 110 external instructors of Neulbom and after-school programs at Boseong Davichi Condo.
The training was organized to provide information on student behavior guidance and handling parent complaints to external instructors of after-school programs in elementary, middle, and high schools across Jeonnam Province, aiming to enhance satisfaction with the after-school programs.

The training introduced practical cases of conflict resolution methods necessary for relationship restoration and provided school complaint response materials to suggest ways to respond when actual complaints arise.

Kang Sang-cheol, Director of the Safety and Welfare Division at the Provincial Office of Education, said, “The efforts and dedication of Neulbom and after-school external instructors have increased program satisfaction,” adding, “We will also prepare and implement various support measures to alleviate the difficulties faced by instructors in the future.”
