Senior care specialist company Caring announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as an 'Excellent Company for Creating Senior Jobs in 2024' organized by Busan City.
The Excellent Company for Creating Senior Jobs is selected by Busan City since 2016 for companies that employ seniors aged 55 and older at a rate of 10% or more. Through support for excellent companies, the city aims to encourage private companies to expand senior employment and create jobs.

View original imageCaring employs a total of about 10,000 staff members across 57 directly managed locations as of October, including day care centers, home care centers, and caregiver training institutes. Among them, seniors account for about 7,000, making up 70% of the workforce.
Caring, which is building a nationwide integrated home care infrastructure, is also working to create jobs for local youth, middle-aged, and women, and plans to establish more than 100 care infrastructures by next year.
