The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 22nd that, as part of the 20th advanced course graduation training of the 'KBIZ Next Generation CEO School,' they visited long-established companies and business succession support organizations located in Osaka, Japan.

View original imageThis graduation training program marks the conclusion of the 20th advanced course, which was held every Friday for 12 weeks from April 26 to July 12. Over 20 graduates participating in the training visited the Osaka Industrial Promotion Organization, a public interest incorporated foundation supporting small and medium enterprises in Osaka, on the 21st. They listened to various succession support systems for Japanese SMEs and successful cases of business succession. They also toured the headquarters and factory of Kyoshin Mold, a company that successfully completed business succession, to observe the site of a Japanese manufacturing SME and share experiences regarding the succession process.
