Interest Rate Cut Sparks Interest in Residential Office-Tel 'Pangyo Dior Nine'
Recently, as the Bank of Korea has shifted its monetary policy with a 'pivot,' inquiries about non-apartment properties have been increasing. Following the United States' big cut of interest rates by 0.5 percentage points last month, the Bank of Korea's Monetary Policy Committee lowered interest rates for the first time in 38 months on the 11th, raising expectations that a cycle may be coming and increasing interest in the real estate market.
