EY Hanyoung "Over 240 Employees Participate in 'Hangang Plogging'"
Global accounting and consulting firm EY Hanyoung announced on the 26th that “the day before, employees including new accountants participated in a plogging environmental cleanup activity, picking up trash around Yeouido Hangang Park.”
EY Hanyoung has been conducting plogging activities annually since 2022. This is part of efforts to “accelerate environmental sustainability,” one of the core areas of the ‘EY Ripples’ social contribution program. EY Ripples aims to use employees’ skills, knowledge, and experience to change others’ lives and create waves of change (ripples) in society.
About 240 EY Hanyoung employees participated in environmental education and collected trash using plogging kits made from biodegradable materials around Yeouido Hangang Park and the Yeouido area where EY Hanyoung’s headquarters is located.
