Paju City Health Center, First-Come-First-Served Recruitment for Participants in the 'Nordic Walking Club'
25 Paju Citizens Aged 20 and Over... Applications Open from 24th to 30th
Paju City Public Health Center is recruiting participants for the 'Nordic Walking Exercise Club' on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Paju Public Health Center in Gyeonggi announced on the 19th that it will recruit participants for the 'Nordic Walking Club' from the 24th to the 30th.
'Nordic walking,' which involves walking while holding poles (Nordic) with both hands, is known to be effective for posture correction and obesity prevention.
Since March, the Paju Public Health Center has been operating the 'Nordic Walking Club' at locations such as Munsan Noeul-gil and Unjeong Lake Park, and the final session of this year will be held at Gongneungcheon from October 7 to November 7.
A professional instructor will teach the correct walking methods using poles and basic movements, with sessions held twice a week (Monday and Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM over 10 sessions.
They will recruit 25 Paju citizens aged 20 and over on a first-come, first-served basis, and those wishing to participate can apply through the Paju Lifelong Education Portal.
