Gyeonggi-do to Open 1,900 Public Parking Lots Free This Chuseok
Gyeonggi Province will open about 1,900 public parking lots from the 14th to the 18th to provide parking convenience for residents during the Chuseok holiday.
Previously, Gyeonggi Province opened more than 1,800 parking lots for free during the Lunar New Year holiday. This year, the number has been expanded by 100 compared to the last holiday.
Detailed information about parking lot locations and opening hours can be found on the Gyeonggi Public Data Portal, Gyeonggi Data Dream (data.gg.go.kr).
Additionally, Gyeonggi Province will provide information on major local guidance centers, including the status of emergency medical institutions and contact details of related departments, to enable prompt response in case of emergencies during the Chuseok holiday.

Jung Yeon-jong, head of the AI Future Administration Division of Gyeonggi Province, said, "We have provided the locations of free public parking lots during the Chuseok holiday in map form so that residents can view them more conveniently. Besides parking information, we will support quick access to necessary information during the holiday period."
