A man in his 40s arrested for fatally beating a motorcyclist on the road
A man in his 40s who fatally assaulted a motorcycle rider during an argument on the road has been arrested by the police.
The Bundang Police Station in Gyeonggi Province apprehended Mr. A on the 4th on charges of injury resulting in death and is currently investigating.
Mr. A is accused of getting out of his passenger car around 3:22 PM that day on a road in Yatap-dong, Bundang-gu, Gyeonggi Province, and during an argument with Mr. B, a motorcycle rider in his 40s nearby, causing Mr. B's death.
The police confirmed that the two fought by the roadside, during which Mr. B collapsed. Mr. B, who suffered a head injury, was taken to the hospital for treatment but later died.

A police official stated, "The circumstances of the argument between Mr. A and Mr. B, including the reason for the dispute, are under investigation. The charges against Mr. A may change, and once the investigation is complete, we will consider whether to request an arrest warrant."
