Yongsan-gu, Seoul Philharmonic Concert and More 'Abundant Autumn Cultural and Artistic Performances'
Yongsan-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Park Hee-young) will present a variety of cultural and artistic performances at Yongsan Art Hall from this month through November to welcome the "season of performances," autumn. All performances are free, and anyone aged 8 or older who is a resident of Yongsan-gu can attend.
Yongsan-gu Children’s Choir Regular Concert. On the 7th at 3 PM, the 13th regular concert of the Yongsan-gu Children’s Choir will be held at the Garam Small Theater in Yongsan Art Hall (298 seats, 6 seats for the disabled).
This concert, under the theme "Sim(full)" (Heartfull), will feature a musical drama composed of various genres of choral songs as well as highlight music from the Disney animation "Moana." The performance will be divided into three parts: ▲ Part 1 - Children's songs and poems ▲ Part 2 - Songs of the seasons ▲ Part 3 - Moana musical drama.
Our Neighborhood Concert with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. On the 12th of this month at 7:30 PM, the Our Neighborhood Concert with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra will be held at the Mir Large Theater in Yongsan Art Hall (779 seats, 8 seats for the disabled).
At this performance, Mozart’s Symphony No. 39 and Haydn’s Symphony No. 101 "The Clock" will be performed. The conductor will be Richard Eager, former conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and Philadelphia Orchestra.
Yongsan-gu Choir, Sejong Center Arts Troupe Gala Show, and more. On October 22 at 7:30 PM, the 18th regular concert of the Yongsan-gu Choir will be held at the Mir Large Theater, and on November 1 at 7:30 PM, the Trinity Philharmonic Orchestra’s "Classics in Movies" concert is scheduled. On November 26 at 7 PM, the Sejong Center Arts Troupe’s invited "Musical Gala Show" will take place at the Garam Small Theater.
