Exchange, '2024 Busan Region KRX Dream Youth Scholarship' Awarded
The Korea Exchange announced on the 29th that it has awarded scholarships to 121 students in the Busan area as part of the KRX Dream Youth Scholarship Program.

The award ceremony was attended by Jung Eun-bo, Chairman of the Korea Exchange, Hwang Woo-kyung, Secretary General of the KRX National Happiness Foundation, and Ha Yun-su, Superintendent of Busan Metropolitan Office of Education.
The scholarship recipients were selected through recommendations and evaluations by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education to nurture future talents in the local community.
Since 2011, the ongoing 'KRX Dream Youth Scholarship Program' has supported outstanding students with a strong academic drive in Busan and Seoul by providing living expense scholarships. Up to last year, scholarships totaling 3.2 billion KRW have been awarded to 2,047 students. Along with scholarships, various programs such as vision workshops, cultural experiences, and volunteer activities are offered.
This year, scholarships totaling 420 million KRW will be provided to 200 students, including those from Busan and Seoul.
