Korea Housing Finance Corporation Maintains Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rates in September
With Preferential Rates, Minimum Annual Interest of 2.95~3.25% Depending on Maturity
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) announced on the 29th that it will keep the interest rates for the long-term, fixed-rate, amortized, mortgage-backed loan product, "Bogeumjari Loan," unchanged for September.
Accordingly, the "Akkim-e Bogeumjari Loan" will have an annual interest rate ranging from 3.95% (10 years) to 4.25% (50 years).

If additional preferential interest rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied to low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of rental fraud, the lowest annual interest rate will be 2.95% (10 years) to 3.25% (50 years).
Korea Housing Finance Corporation will keep the September Bogeumjari Loan interest rate unchanged.
