Jungnang-gu (District Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) Bang Jeong-hwan Education Support Center will hold a special lecture by a notable figure on September 27 at 10 a.m. in the basement auditorium of Jungnang-gu Office.
The special lecture is designed to provide educational programs that encompass the diverse interests of residents and to realize "Jungnang, an educational city that nurtures dreams and hope." Since its opening in 2021, the Bang Jeong-hwan Education Support Center has been consistently hosting special lectures by notable figures.
This time, writer Ko Myung-hwan has been invited. Ko Myung-hwan, who gained great popularity as a comedian and actor, had to pause his activities for a while due to an unexpected traffic accident. However, through reading, he changed his attitude toward life and recently transformed into a writer and food service entrepreneur, actively engaging in various activities.
In this lecture, under the theme "A Reading Method That Does Not Let the World Drag You Around," the writer will share his miraculous recovery experience from his hospital bed and a reading method that enables living a proactive life through books.
Anyone residing in Jungnang-gu can apply for the lecture online starting from 2 p.m. on August 26 through the Bang Jeong-hwan Education Support Center website.
