SK "SK Specialty, Considering Various Strategic Options Including Stake Sale"
On the 20th, SK announced that it is "reviewing various strategic options, including the sale of shares," regarding rumors of selling its stake in SK Specialty.
However, the company stated, "No concrete decisions have been made yet," and added, "We plan to re-disclose related matters within one month or at the time when decisions are made."
SK Specialty is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SK that specializes in manufacturing specialty gases used in various industries such as semiconductors.
