Gyeonggi-do Supports Young Adults with Moving and Brokerage Fees... Applications Open Until September 6
Gyeonggi Province will support moving expenses and brokerage fees for young people.
The Gyeonggi Youth Support Project Group within the Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation announced that it will recruit participants for the "Youth Moving Expenses and Brokerage Fee Support Project" from the 12th of this month to the 6th of next month.
The Youth Moving Expenses and Brokerage Fee Support Project is a resident-participation budget initiative proposed directly by residents to reduce the housing cost burden for young people who frequently move due to jobs, studies, and other reasons. Moving expenses and real estate brokerage fees will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 250,000 KRW.
The support targets young people aged 19 to 39 who have registered their move to Gyeonggi Province and currently reside there as of this year, and who do not own a home. The youth must be the head of the household and the tenant on the lease contract. Income criteria are set at 150% or less of the median income, and the housing must be a rental or monthly lease with a transaction amount of 200 million KRW or less.
Applications can be submitted through the Jobaba Apply app (https://apply.jobaba.net).
