A video showing a child pushing over a parked motorcycle while walking down the street, and the mother neglecting the situation, was revealed.
On the 8th, JTBC's 'Incident Room' aired the story of Mr. A, the owner of a motorcycle that was damaged by a child, resulting in repair costs of about 3 million won.
Mr. A reported, "I found the motorcycle parked in front of my house knocked over, so I checked the nearby CCTV and witnessed an absurd scene." The footage clearly shows a child holding his mother's hand while walking down the street, pushing the parked motorcycle over with both arms. The child's mother tried to stand the motorcycle back up but failed and then just left the scene.

He added, "I reported it to the police, but they said, 'The child is too young, so investigation itself is difficult. Since the investigation cannot proceed, you should file a civil lawsuit on your own.' I posted flyers around saying, 'Parents of the child who knocked over the motorcycle, please contact me,' but I have not received any response yet," he lamented.
