Exchange Holds Seminar to Strengthen Response to Unfair Trading in Capital Markets
The Korea Exchange announced on the 1st that it will hold a seminar titled "Strengthening Response to Unfair Trading in the Capital Market" at the Korea Exchange Conference Hall in Yeouido on the 8th.
This seminar is co-hosted by the Korea Exchange and the Korea Capital Market Institute, with sponsorship from the Financial Services Commission. The event will feature presentations and discussions on measures to enhance the effectiveness of sanctions against unfair trading.
Starting at 10 a.m., Professor Kim Yuseong of Yonsei University Law School will present on "Current Status and Improvement Measures of Unfair Trading Regulations," and Research Fellow Jeong Sumin of the Korea Capital Market Institute will present on "Overseas Cases Related to Disclosure of Information on Unfair Trading Actors."
