The Construction Workers Mutual Aid Association announced on the 29th that it will newly introduce the 'Construction Workers Smart Claim Service' to simplify the retirement mutual aid fund claim process for construction workers.
Last year, the Association introduced a mobile simple claim service for the elderly, providing a non-face-to-face claim method. This time, they launched the Smart Claim service to make it easy for any construction worker to use.
Smart Claim allows not only claims but also document supplementation through simple identity verification and just clicking an internet address (URL), helping to complete related procedures quickly.
The Association is also striving to enhance civil service convenience by implementing the 'Retirement Mutual Aid Fund Telephone Claim,' which allows claims via phone calls without separate visits.

Kim Sang-in, Chairman of the Association, said, "With the introduction of Smart Claim, construction workers can conveniently claim their retirement mutual aid funds without visiting the Association's branches," adding, "We will continue to develop and provide various convenience services for workers in the future."
