BNK Gyeongnam Bank Provides Swift Support to Gyeongnam BC Card Customers Affected by Heavy Rain

Payment Due Date Deferred for Up to 6 Months
BNK Kyongnam Bank announced on the 24th that it will provide prompt support to Kyongnam BC Card customers affected by the recent heavy rainfall until August 13.
Customers and affiliated merchants who have applied through BC and passed BNK Kyongnam Bank's review will be eligible for a payment deferral benefit of up to six months.
Kyongnam BC Card customers affected by the heavy rainfall can submit a damage confirmation certificate issued by their local administrative office to the BC Card call center.
Lee Dongwon, Head of the Payment Business Division, said, "As the heavy rainfall has expanded nationwide, some areas have been declared special disaster zones due to the severity of the damage. We hope that this prompt support will help alleviate some of the concerns and burdens of our Kyongnam BC Card customers."
Meanwhile, BNK Kyongnam Bank is also operating an 'Emergency Volunteer Group for Natural Disaster Recovery' on a regular basis, in addition to providing prompt support to Kyongnam BC Card customers affected by the heavy rainfall.
BNK Kyongnam Bank plans to dispatch the Emergency Volunteer Group for Natural Disaster Recovery to support recovery efforts according to the extent of the damage after monitoring disaster damages throughout the region.
