Baehongdong Big Bowl Noodles features a sweet and tangy bibim sauce made by grinding and fermenting pear, red chili pepper, and dongchimi, enhanced with Haneulcho chili used in the limited edition 'Challenge Edition' to create a clean and spicy flavor. Additionally, soybean powder topping adds a savory and umami taste. The noodles are thin, chewy, and elastic, harmonizing well with the bibim sauce and various toppings. The cooking time is shortened to 2 minutes for added convenience.
Baehongdong Big Bowl Noodles is attracting attention as the easiest way to enjoy Baehongdong Bibim Noodles hot, following the recent trend of 'Tteubim noodles' (hot bibim noodles). Considering the difficulty of cooling noodles when enjoying bibim noodles outdoors or at convenience stores, this cup noodle allows you to simply add hot water and enjoy the unique sweet and tangy Baehongdong flavor even when eaten hot.
