Exhibition of Petroglyph Photos and Picture Book Art Printing
Ulsan Library will hold the "Banggucheon Petroglyphs, Cultural Territory Exhibition" in the first-floor exhibition hall from the 25th until September 8.
This exhibition has been organized to raise public interest in the local cultural heritage, the "Banggucheon Petroglyphs," among citizens visiting the library during the summer vacation and to wish for its inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2025.
The exhibition will feature over 40 photographs, including UNESCO World Heritage photos and images of the Banggucheon Petroglyphs.
Visitors can also enjoy an art printing exhibition of the fairy tale book "Banggucheon Petroglyph Story," published by the Ulsan Petroglyph Museum.
Additionally, a variety of side events will be offered, such as exhibition commentary programs, coloring postcard experiences for children, and upcycling craft activities.
A library official said, "We hope citizens will join us in promoting the proud cultural heritage of Ulsan, the Banggucheon Petroglyphs, and support its designation as a World Heritage site."
