The discussion focused on projects more closely related to citizens' daily lives, such as the creation of walking trails, road repaving works, and the establishment of public parking lots.
In particular, the meeting was conducted in an open and honest atmosphere, with the heads of the five districts actively proposing additional community-oriented projects and directions needed for their respective areas, beyond the materials prepared for the meeting.
The city plans to address any obstacles to project implementation identified during this meeting and will continuously monitor progress to ensure that the projects proceed as originally planned through cooperation between the main office and the five district offices.
Mayor Hong emphasized, "District heads must be thoroughly aware of not only their own district's projects but also those led by the main office," and instructed, "District heads, who are closer to the citizens, should directly identify and discover additional community-oriented projects in each region."
