The Queensland state government of Australia has set a goal to convert more than 70% of its total power generation to renewable energy by the 2032 Brisbane Olympics. Queensland has favorable conditions for renewable energy production such as solar power, with about 300 days of annual sunshine.
Hyosung Heavy Industries has been recognized as a total solution provider for product supply and maintenance in the Australian power market over the past decade. Last year, it participated in the construction of Australia's renewable energy power grid by supplying power equipment for the EnergyConnect project, a transmission network connecting South Australia and New South Wales.
