Gwanak-gu Hosts 'Cheongnyeom Sketch Exhibition'
District Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and All Staff Collaborate to Foster a Culture of Integrity
Building Trust and Consensus with Residents through Transparent Administration, Creating an Organizational Culture of Respect and Consideration Among Colleagues
Gwanak-gu (District Mayor Park Junhee) will hold the "Integrity Sketch Exhibition" for three days starting July 10th on the 2nd floor of the district office in the 'Gallery Gwanak'.
In this exhibition, a total of 60 works including calligraphy and pen sketches featuring integrity phrases were created by the district mayor, deputy mayor, and district office staff.
The district expects this exhibition to foster a shared understanding of integrity culture among employees and to spread a positive perception of integrity in administration.
On the first day of the exhibition, the 10th, Mayor Park personally visited Gallery Gwanak and said, "After much consideration to create a consensus on integrity with employees and residents, we decided to hold the Integrity Sketch Exhibition," and shared his thoughts on personally creating and exhibiting calligraphy.
Meanwhile, the district is promoting the 'Cheongbaji Project' through cooperation between labor and management to establish an honest public service culture.
The 'Cheongbaji Project' is an abbreviation of the 'Integrity Gwanak, Right Now! Project,' a program aimed at fostering an organizational culture of mutual respect and consideration.
The district is making various efforts, including holding a 'Joyful Commute Slogan Contest.' The winning entries will be used in the 'Joyful Commute Integrity Culture Campaign' scheduled for the second half of the year.
Additionally, on the 2nd, the district conducted abuse of power prevention training for 74 senior officials at grade 5 and above.
The training included quizzes on the prohibition of abuse of power within the civil servant code of conduct, focusing on case studies, helping officials understand abuse of power that may arise from generational differences in thinking.
