Jeonnam Postal Service Office Promotes 'Goheung Garlic Farm Support Special Exhibition'
The Jeonnam Regional Post Office is conducting a sales promotion event to support garlic farmers affected by abnormal weather conditions.
From the 1st to the 5th of next month, the Jeonnam Regional Post Office will sell garlic from Goheung-gun through the Post Office Shopping Mall for five days. This initiative was launched to encourage hope and courage among farmers facing difficulties due to damage to garlic caused by abnormal temperatures and the continuous decline in garlic consumption, which has led to an accumulation of inventory. A limited quantity of 5,000 cases (5 tons) of 1kg of garlic (medium and small mixed) will be available at a special discounted price of 6,300 KRW.
