The PGA Tour is changing the scorecard correction time.
On the 18th (local time), the PGA Tour informed players through a memo that "players will be given 15 minutes to correct errors even after submitting their scorecards and leaving the scoring area." The PGA Tour collaborated with the United States Golf Association (USGA), The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews (R&A), and the DP World Tour (formerly the European Tour) to revise the rules.
This effort aims to minimize penalties or disqualifications related to scorecard errors for players. The PGA Tour will apply the revised rules starting from the Travelers Championship (total prize money $20 million), held over four days from the 20th at TPC River Highlands (par 70, 6,835 yards) in Cromwell, Connecticut, USA.

This is the last major tournament of the year. Seven of the top 10 players, including world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, and Patrick Cantlay (all from the USA), will participate. Korea will be represented by Kim Joo-hyung, An Byeong-hun, Im Sung-jae, and Kim Si-woo. This tournament features 69 players competing for the championship without a cut.
