This contest is divided into four categories: video, photo, poster, and slogan, and works can be submitted according to age groups: elementary (kindergarten), middle and high school, and adult divisions.
Evaluation committees composed of experts in each category will assess the submitted works based on criteria such as relevance to the theme, originality, and aesthetics, and plan to select a total of 135 works.
Awards will be given along with certificates, including a grand prize worth approximately 1 million KRW and an excellence award worth approximately 500,000 KRW per category (for slogans, the grand prize is worth approximately 500,000 KRW and the excellence award approximately 250,000 KRW).
The winning works will be exhibited through various online and offline channels so that all citizens can appreciate them, and will also be actively used in police security policy promotional materials.
Submissions are accepted until August 31 through the dedicated Security Guardians Contest website. The final selected works will be announced on the contest website in October, and winners will be notified individually.
