"Bomb Threats Sent to 100 Government Agencies and Pusan National University... Police Conduct Searches"
A bomb threat warning to blow up more than 100 government agencies and Pusan National University has been received, prompting the deployment of police special forces and riot squads to conduct searches.
According to the police on the 14th, at around 9:45 a.m. that day, an employee at the Incheon Airport lost and found center received an email and reported it to the Incheon Airport Police Unit. The police then relayed the situation to Pusan National University and relevant agencies nationwide.
The Geumjeong Police Station in Busan immediately began a search after receiving a report that an email threatening to plant and detonate explosives at Pusan National University had been received.
The threatening email was reportedly sent around 10:00 a.m. that day, and it claimed that bombs had been planted not only at Pusan National University but also at public institutions and universities across the country.
After receiving the report, the police informed Pusan National University of the bomb threat and are searching all buildings on campus. So far, no suspicious objects believed to be explosives have been found.

There are over 120 buildings on the Jangjeon-dong campus of Pusan National University. A police official stated, "We are conducting explosive searches and intensive patrols throughout all buildings at Pusan National University."
