Beauty Platform Hwahae Launches Web Version Service... Targets Global Market
Official Launch of Global Web Version in the First Half of Next Year
Beauty platform Hwahae is launching a web version service and preparing to enter the global market.
Birdview, the operator of Hwahae, announced on the 14th that it has launched a service that implements the features mainly used by users in the application on the web. The web version service enhances the usability and accessibility of cosmetic information exploration. It has implemented features such as rapidly increasing view counts, category rankings, and cosmetic ingredient information.
Hwahae stated that it plans to add a purchase function to the web version in the third quarter to strengthen the connection from information exploration to purchase. Through this, indie brands will have the opportunity to build recognition and grow with more users on Hwahae.
The official global web version will be launched in the first half of next year. The plan is to help domestic indie brands enter overseas markets. It was explained that about 15% of overseas users accessed the beta service distributed in May without separate promotion, confirming demand in the global market.
