On the 12th, Baek posted on social media (SNS), "The materials I presented will now be used as evidence in the prosecution's investigation, and Ko Min-jung, former spokesperson of Moon Jae-in's Blue House, is also a subject of the investigation," adding, "Ko must explain her statements that she 'did not know about the Taj Mahal visit in advance' and that she 'went there upon local request.'"
He continued, "She frequently lied to the public, yet she is the one who is confused and floundering because she does not properly understand government documents. As a fellow lawmaker, I hope she will be more respectful and refrain from reckless behavior. If she has difficulty understanding government documents, underlining them while reading might help improve her literacy," he scolded.
Baek claimed that the materials he presented have consistently been based on government department data since the 2022 audit. He then said, "Ko Min-jung, whose name is also on the list related to the 400 million won government-funded India trip scandal, how was the Taj Mahal?"

She added, "Kim Geon-hee has traveled extensively on European tours and many other trips, but the budgets related to those tours were not from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry, or other departments, but were spent from the Office of the First Lady's budget, right?"

Referring to the controversy over Kim Geon-hee visiting luxury shops, she also criticized, "Please disclose which budget covered the costs of that tour."
