Korea Mars Appoints Lee Doo-ho as New CEO
Experience in Strategy Development through Dyson Korea and Others
Korea Mars, which supplies products such as Chocolate M&M's domestically, announced on the 10th that it has appointed Lee Doo-ho as the new CEO.
CEO Lee has gained extensive experience in business strategy planning, business operations, marketing, and sales through various global companies including Beiersdorf, Unilever, Dyson Korea, and Perfetti Van Melle.
CEO Lee worked at Unilever Korea for 10 years, covering the household goods and food industries, and later moved to the Singapore branch to expand into the nutrition sector, successfully launching new products in 14 Asian countries. Since 2021, he has served as the General Manager for the Northeast Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong) market at the Italian confectionery company Perfetti Van Melle, expanding his expertise across confectionery and distribution sectors. Building on this experience, he has joined Korea Mars to lead new changes.

It introduces the world’s most famous chocolates such as M&M's, Snickers, Twix, Maltesers, and mint products like Eclipse to the Korean market, and also connects with Korean consumers through popular pet foods and treats such as Cesar, Greenies, Temptations, and Sheba.
