Chairman of the National Chorus, Lee Sang-hyun, CEO of Ta-in
Yoo In-chon "Hope to Expand Base Through Social Contribution Experience"
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism appointed Lee Sang-hyun, CEO of Ta-in, as the chairman of the National Chorus on the 5th. The term is three years, until June 2027.
The new chairman has carried out various social contribution activities, including supporting cultural and sports activities for disabled youth, as the CEO of Ta-in. He has also served as a director of the National Theater Promotion Foundation, CEO of Myeongseon Art Hall, and president of the Korea Hockey Association.
The National Chorus was founded in 1973 and has presented excellent choral performances to the public for over 50 years. It has had a significant impact on the development of choral music in Korea by diversifying choral music repertoires and striving to discover talented individuals.

Yoo In-chon, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said, "Based on the new chairman's experience in various social contribution activities in the cultural and artistic fields, I expect him to contribute to expanding the base of the National Chorus."
