Megabox Live Broadcast of Berlin Philharmonic Waldbuhne Concert
Kirill Petrenko Conducts... Collaboration with Yuja Wang
Megabox announced on the 5th that it will live broadcast the Berlin Philharmonic Waldb?hne concert at 7 PM on the 23rd at ten locations. The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1882, holds this concert every summer. The Waldb?hne, where the performance takes place, is an open-air theater in Berlin. True to its name meaning "forest stage," it is surrounded by dense woods, creating a mysterious and enchanting atmosphere.
The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra will start the performance with one of Modest Mussorgsky's representative works, "A Night on Bald Mountain," followed by Ravel's ballet suite "Daphnis et Chlo?," and the mesmerizing and lively "Bol?ro." Megabox expects that "with chief conductor Kirill Petrenko leading, the performance will be more precise and powerful than ever."
