Volvo Gyeonggi-do Hanam Service Center Newly Opened
Paid Repair Customer Giveaway Event Also Held Until July
Volvo has established a new service center in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, to target customers in the southeastern Seoul and southeastern Gyeonggi regions.
Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 3rd that the Volvo Hanam Service Center, operated by its official dealer Kolon Automotive, has been newly opened.
The center is a three-story building with a total floor area of 1,903.18㎡, located on a main road in Hanam City connected to Songpa-gu, Seoul. It can handle up to 450 general repairs per month. It also offers the ‘Volvo Personal Service (VPS)’, which matches maintenance technicians with customers one-on-one. A customer lounge is also prepared for visitors to the service center to wait comfortably.
The center operates using eco-friendly energy through a solar canopy, and both fast chargers (DC Combo) and slow chargers (AC Combo) are installed in the parking lot.
To commemorate the opening of the Hanam Service Center, Volvo Cars Korea is holding various events. All customers who bring in their vehicles will receive a money clip, though supplies may run out early. Customers who undergo paid repairs by the end of next month will be entered into a draw to win prizes such as a Dyson hairdryer, Samsung Bespoke cooker, Pick by Volvo wagon, and camping folding box.
