Kyungnam University Operates 'On-site Job Center' at Lotte Department Store Masan Branch
Support for Department Store Owners and Employees Ahead of Closure
Kyungnam University Career Plus Center, in collaboration with Changwon Special City, is operating a 'Mobile Job Center' to support store owners and employees of the Lotte Department Store Masan branch, which will close on June 30.
To operate the Mobile Job Center, Changwon City coordinated in advance with public institutions related to Lotte Department Store and assigned roles to each organization. The center will be open on the 8th floor of the Lotte Department Store Masan branch until June 30.
From the 29th to the 30th, Kyungnam University supported successful job transitions and career changes for Changwon Special City residents seeking employment through age-specific career counseling, job placement, and various programs designed to assist job seekers.
Park Taehyun, Director of Talent Development, said, "We will help young people in Changwon, Gyeongnam settle down stably," and added, "Through this, we will promote youth job creation, expand educational programs, and contribute to the development and vitality of the local community."
